1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the bet191 platform in any manner — including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the bet191 platform, including registered players, guests, and any other persons who access the platform.

bet191 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 2. Eligibility

To register and use the bet191 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal at the time of play.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bet191, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bet191 platform or any affiliated gaming platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

bet191 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or permanent closure. Any winnings obtained by an ineligible player may be forfeited.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the bet191 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts, as well as the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

When registering an account on bet191, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify bet191 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

bet191 will never ask for your password via SMS, email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, treat it as fraudulent and report it to bet191 support immediately.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the bet191 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). bet191 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed in the bet191 cashier section.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the bet191 account. bet191 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
• bet191 aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving bank.
• bet191 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal, at bet191's discretion.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bet191 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bet191 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• bet191 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or arbitrage betting — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account termination.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Unused bonuses will be removed from your account upon expiry.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bet191 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless otherwise specified.

• All game outcomes on bet191 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. bet191 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, bet191 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. bet191 is not liable for any losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• Bets placed and accepted by the bet191 system are final. bet191 will not reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted, except in cases of manifest error or system malfunction.
• bet191 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds or on events that have already concluded.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet191 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the bet191 platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent activity.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bet191 staff members.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to bet191 support immediately.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your bet191 account.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bet191 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of bet191 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bet191 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the bet191 platform without the prior written consent of bet191.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet191 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the bet191 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system failures, or technical malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the platform.

bet191's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bet191 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bet191's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Termination & Account Closure

bet191 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bet191 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.

You may close your bet191 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any applicable fees or forfeited bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive the termination of your account.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The bet191 platform operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the bet191 platform shall first be submitted to bet191's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13. Amendments to These Terms

bet191 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bet191 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the bet191 platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the bet191 platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
